Seatrest and Backrest

Seatrest and Backrest are manufactured from polyurethane material in aluminum molds which are designed in accordance to the human anatomy and have the standart of 50 ± 10% densty and Mvss 302 fire behaviour. Seatrest and Backrest have a durable inner skeleton made of metal profile. Seatrests are manufactured as to have self-closing mechanism with a weight-centered mechanism.

Foot and Armrest

The carrier leg parts of the seats are made of aluminum material produced by casting in injection machines. Aluminum legs are mounted on a 40 x 40 x 2 mm metal profile frame. The connection parts to the floor are made of at least 6 mm thick sheet metal and fixed to the floor with 3 fasteners. Armrest parts are opened by opening the seat and back and closed by closing the seat, providing ease of passage in narrow spaces. Polished beech wood armrests are mounted on the leg. Armrests between the seats are used as a common.

Upholstery

The fabrics is 100% polyester, has Friction Strength 60.000 cycles, Width is 145 cm, Weight is 285 gr/m2. The seat and back sponges of the seats are covered with fabrics with the specified properties. If desired, non-flammable and water-repellent finishing can be made as an option.
