Seatrest and Backrest

Seatrest and Backrest are manufactured from polyurethane material in aluminum molds which are designed in accordance to the human anatomy and have the standart of 50 ± 10% densty and Mvss 302 fire behaviour. Seatrest and Backrest have a durable inner skeleton made of metal profile. Seatrest part of the chair is closing slowly and silently with a special mechanism.

Foot and Armrest

The legs of the chair are manufactured from 18 mm MDF beech coated material, by cutting them on CNC benches. The cut parts are fixed with special glue and jointing elements according to the determined shape and design. Polished carved wooden armrests made of beech material are mounted on the leg. The armrests between the rows of seats are used in common. The connection parts of the seats to the floor are made of beech material. The seats are fixed to the floor with suitable fasteners with two legs.

Upholstery

The fabrics is 100% polyester, has Friction Strength 60.000 cycles, Width is 145 cm, Weight is 285 gr/m2. Seatrest and backrest of the chair are covered with specified properties fabrics and with polished wooden covers. If desired, non-flammable and water-repellent finishing can be made as an option.
